The 94-proof Single Barrel Rye is crafted using 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley grain bill. This Rye also uses the same cave spring water from the Jack Daniel’s Hollow and proprietary yeast that’s been used in the distillery’s 150-year-old Tennessee Whiskey recipe.
