After this, the resulting agave juices are then fermented before being twice distilled in copper stills to create a clean, clear, and smooth spirit that is then rested for 30 days prior to being proofed with pure mountain spring water and finally bottled.
On the nose, this mezcal conveys a welcoming aroma of tamarind, pomegranate, banana, mango, mint, and herbs, paving the way for a sublime palate of more spices, ripe tropical fruits, licorice, minerals, and smoke, culminating in a long and silky finish.
