Limpid straw-gold. Aromas of fresh orange and green apple, with a touch of dusty minerals adding vibrancy. Silky and light on its feet, offering zesty citrus and orchard fruit flavors and a refreshingly bitter quinine flourish. Shows very good focus and cut on the dry, persistent finish, which strongly echoes the mineral note.
The Errasti family has been growing grapes for up to 50 years and selling them locally. They founded their bodega in 1989 when the region received its D.O. status and now make their only wine from their estate grown grapes.
