Zmora Emerald Riesling & Colombard
In our search for a blend of varieties that will best display Israeli terrior’s success, we have found Emerald Riesling and Colombard. Blending these two varieties creates a wine full of life and aromatic variety, displaying tropical, fruity and even floral aromas with a touch of sweetness, which naturally compliments the lush fruit flavors these varietals hold. This wine was fermented at low temperatures to retain its’ aromatic structure and crisp mouthfeel.
