Widow Jane Decadence is a bourbon whiskey that’s made by finishing some of the company’s 10-year-old bourbons in barrels that held maple syrup from Crown Maple in New York. The result is a rich, creamy-smooth, and slightly sweet whiskey with a lingering finish. It has an aroma of sugared pecans, maple, birch beer, and charred oak, and a taste of vanilla and burnt sugar
