Perhaps the best-known of all Walker’s products, our traditional all-butter Shortbread Fingers are made using a classic family recipe, which is baked to perfection in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Each shortbread finger boasts 13 holes symbolizing a Baker’s Dozen. These tiny holes, or “dockers,” are strategically placed along the dough to prevent over-rising in the oven and ensure our fingers bake evenly.
