This Series Was Named After The Process Of Sun-drying Grapes For The Production Of Sherry In Jerez, And As Such You Should Expect Plenty Of Sherry Notes Throughout The Range. This One Features A Very High Proportion Of First-fill Sherry Seasoned Oak Cask Matured Whisky At Its Core.
