YOKAICHI KOME is a rice-based, single-distillation shochu. This process allows for greater complexity and more influences from the source material. Look for aromas of pear, jasmine rice, delicate white flowers, and rainwater. The palate is more savory with flavors of salted pear, mineral, green olive, and lemon pith.
