To enhance our Pinot Grigio’s fresh fruit flavors and delicate aromas, our winemakers do not use malolactic fermentation. The Pinot Grigio is cold-fermented at 55°F and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine’s crisp acidity.
