Tasting notes
The nose lifts juniper, coriander, and citrus peel over a soft floral edge. The palate is silky and lightly sweet, with a rich botanical spice, cardamom, and a whisper of vanilla carried on a smooth spirit. The finish is long and warm, with lingering juniper and a subtle sweet close.
Food pairing
Serve in a classic Martinez, Tom Collins, or Negroni. Beautiful in a simple gin and tonic with a lime wheel, or on ice with a splash of soda after Yom Tov meals.
