Crisp aroma with citrus honeyed bananas and vanilla beans. Medium weight body sweetish but crisp mixed anise toffee flavors. Vanilla notes at the finish with a molasses/slight sulfur lingering tang and licorice. Finish is medium length. 40% ABV 80 Proof
