Georges Vigouroux Pigmentum Ugni Blanc – Colombard is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard – a classic expression of white wine from Gascogne. The grapes get a bit of skin contact and lees age drawing out depth and richness in the final wine. Hints of mango and papaya with tart key lime citrus make this a natural pairing to seafood but also great as an aperitif.
