XA Organic Tequila comes from the Greenbar Collective those enterprising guys behind TRU Organic Vodka Fruitlab Liqueurs and Crusoe Organic Spiced Rum. IXA is a silver tequila that begins with fully matured organically grown agave. It’s slow-baked in clay ovens before the agave fibers are fermented and distilled. All that creates some fine juice. 40% ABV The nose is soft and delicate with freshly baked agave and butter frosting on the nose. It’s creamy on the palate with a mild vanilla sweetness more baked agave and some tropical fruit and it finishes with a hint of pepper. From start to end IXA Tequila is soft rich and easy to drink. Sure you can mix it but we’ll keep sipping this one neat.
