The Noble House was a famous winery built in 1743 on the Mosel. This Riesling is typical of wines from the reigon made only with fruit from vines planted in slate soils. Lots of zippy citrus and stone fruit up front with crisp acidity throughout. Simple and refreshing – especially in the Texas heat!
