New Riff Balboa Rye

75cl / 50% – An innovative whiskey from Kentucky’s New Riff, this is made using Balboa, a heritage variety of rye, which makes up 95% of the recipe. The other 5% is malted rye from classic varieties, and the result is a rich and rounded rye whiskey with notes of spiced fruit compote, clove and nutmeg.
