Matar Cabernet Sauvignon
Produced from 100% hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, sourced in the Galilee. The grapes were cold fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. The wine is complexed and aromatic with aromas of rich black fruit and pecan.
