A very light and elegant rosé that’s quite pale in color. Light strawberries and touches of minerals and peaches on the nose. Subtle phenolics on the mid-palate give a bit more structure and flavor to this otherwise light, simple rosé, with a pure, bone-dry and concise finish. Drink from 2026. 50% Grenache, 28% Mourvedre, and 22% Syrah.
