A sleek, light-bodied sauvignon blanc with plenty of exotic flower and passion-fruit aromas, but only a hint of green vegetal aromas (mostly fine beans). Bright but polished acidity. The touch of creaminess at the finish completes a very satisfying composition.

This wine is a cross section of various Rheingau loess and clay soils with an appealing, dry character.
