Aromatically the wine is citrus fruit-forward, with notes of fresh lime juice and grapefruit, as well as notes of passion fruit. On the palate, the wine is brightly acid, with classic flavors of chalky rock and a hint of salinity. This crisp and elegant white is 100% unoaked Chardonnay. Sourced from 30-year-old vines on Portlandian limestone soil, it is aged on fine lees in stainless steel, offering a clean, fresh, and slightly saline, elegant finish. The palette opens with fresh aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, complemented by delicate notes of chalk and wet stone. – Winery
