What: 100% Apples, (unkown varieties)
Where: Basque Country, Spain
Why: Because this is textbook Basque cider. Light, tart, fizzy, funky, exciting. It’s also the first Basque cider we carried here at PJs and has a special place in our hearts, which is very much in Pais Vasco. If you haven’t tried this style of dry (very dry!) cider from this region, then this is a great place to start. Gluten Free!
