A culinary masterpiece from a bastion of creative gastronomy – Barcelona, Spain. A Chef, a Somm, a Mixologist and a Master Perfumer worked together to create a beautiful gin with precise aromatic character, personality and texture. It’s fresh, rich, and flavorful and makes a spectacular array of cocktails extremely well. Distilled using copper pot stills and a Rotoval vaccuum still, this is the prefect combination of intense juniper and delicate botanicals with a heavy citrus focus. Kaffir lime and lemon peels define the flavor profile and a smoky black cardamom balances out the sweetness of the citrus. Bottled at a very appropriate 42.3%ABV, this gin is versatile, delicious, and very easy to approach.
