Sauvignon Blanc from 45 year old vines. Ageing on the fine lees for 3 months in primarily stainless steel tank and 15% 500-liter demi-muids. From early 1980s plantings, this Sancerre is pale yellow with light green tints. Expressive nose of citrus and white flowers followed by a palate of lovely acidity and a fine mineral backbone.
