Engine Gin

Engine Gin is a London Dry gin made by master distillers in the Alta Langa region of northwest Italy. It is a cold compound gin made from sage and lemon, which has been used as a natural digestive in the past. The formula is linked to the Piedmontese tradition of Rosolio, which are cordials made from sage and lemon.
