Pur Sang means ‘pureblood,’ and it’s one of Dagueneau’s defining cuvees. The Loire’s most legendary Sauvignon Blanc estate, founded by Didier and now run biodynamically by his son Louis-Benjamin, draws this wine from chalky limestone soils almost entirely lacking the flint that marks its sibling Silex. The result is a purer, more crystalline expression: citrus, quince and mineral cut with electric acidity. Intense, precise and built for the cellar. Offered pre-arrival.
