Serving as their entry into the unaged tequila category, the Cincoro Blanco Tequila is made in very small batches using both lowland and highland-grown Blue Weber agaves. After being harvested from select private farms, the agave hearts are slowly cooked first in traditional stone ovens and then in an artisanal high-pressure autoclave before being crushed using modern roller mills, extracting their juices which are then fermented with special yeast prior to being distilled twice. The resulting spirit is then immediately cut with the addition of pure water before finally being packaged in clear, slender decanters that give it an air of elegance and luxury.
Once opened, this crystal-clear spirit yields an invigorating nose of cooked agave with vanilla undertones, paving the way for a delicate and velvety palate of grapefruit, tropical fruits, more cooked agave, and vegetal notes before wrapping up with an equally smooth and gratifying finish with a mild alcohol bite.
