Château de Landiras Graves, 2022

This delicious Bordeaux is made from 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is fermented in cement using indigenous yeasts, and subsequently aged in mostly neutral oak barrels for one year. The gravel soils provide lots of drainage and prevent water logging, creating smaller grapes with concentrated fruit flavors. This wine will pair beautifully with a burger or steak frites.
