An aromatic, tropical and salty Southern French orange wine. A small producer in Languedoc, Turner Pageot was founded by winemaker Karen Turner and vineyard-keep Emmanuel Pageot in the small town of Gabian. Farming biodynamically, their focus is on soil health and minimal intervention in the vineyards and cellar. ‘Célestin’ is a blend of plush, aromatic roussanne and citric, mineral vermentino macerated on skins to pull tannin and lock-in aromatics. Lindens in bloom, passionfruit sorbet, pithy buddha’s hand citrus, pomelo juice, herbal tea tannins, salt shake, papaya roundness & a melon salad.
