Canyon Oaks Shiraz
The Canyon Oaks Shiraz is deep purple in color with bold aromas of cracked pepper and spice. Flavors of cherry and plum are complemented by notes of olive and vanilla on the finish. Very enjoyable now or may be laid down to develop additional complexity.
